Very central location, within walking distance of Petras. Found in the very nice area close enough to the city center where there are many restaurants available and many cozy restaurants.

The rooms are new-fashioned and neat with a double bed, nice view, large balcony. The breakfast is exceptionally nice for all tastes, had fabulous food.

Service was top-notch overall, but some staff were just okay. 🌟

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the historical sites. We loved the size of our room, especially the comfortable bed and the spacious balcony. The facilities were fantastic, with multiple pools to choose from and plenty of sunbeds. The food was also a highlight of our stay, with a wide variety and delicious options.

There were a few things that could have been improved during our stay. The information provided could have been better, as we had trouble figuring out where to get the yellow towels for the pool.

We were delighted with the excellent service and warm welcome we received upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the vibrant town and right across from the beautiful beach. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The main pool area was a great spot to unwind, with comfortable sunbeds and a charming café. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the special themed evenings at the restaurant, particularly the Cretan and Far Eastern nights. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited vegetarian options and the need for some updates to the restaurant, overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The rooms here were tidy and nicely redone, making for a comfortable stay. 🏡 the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and we were able to check in early to start our vacation sooner.

Spent Xmas school holidays with family and really enjoyed it. Loved the warm and welcoming staff, who made our stay unforgettable. The Christmas-themed decorations and events were so much fun and added an extra special touch to our holiday.

The room was a bit on the small side for a family of four and lacked storage space for our clothing and other items. , the view from the room was not very pleasant and didn't meet our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sitia Beach City Resort & Spa. The hotel design was unique and stylish, creating a great ambiance. The breakfast selection was incredible, with a wide range of options including freshly made pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants and bars, and right on the beach. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.
